This 10-day grand adventure takes you on a journey through Morocco’s diverse landscapes and cultural landmarks. From the imperial cities of Fes and Marrakech to the golden dunes of the Sahara Desert, this tour is an immersive experience of Morocco’s history, beauty, and traditions.

Day 1: Fes Airport,
Upon arrival at Fes International Airport (landing at xxx), you will meet your private English-speaking driver at the arrival hall,
Day 2: Explore Fes with Local Tour Guide
After breakfast, we will begin the day at 9:30am, when your local tour guide will meet you at your Riad to start a guided tour of the Fes medina, one of the world’s largest walled cities. We will start at the Marinid Tombs, where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the medina. As we explore the narrow streets, you will see fresh fruit, mounds of spices, intricately woven Berber carpets, and many other Moroccan art objects. You will have lunch at a traditional restaurant in the heart of the medina, then visit the leather tanneries to learn about traditional Moroccan leather production. We will also pass by the University of Al-Karaouine, one of the oldest universities in the world. In the evening, we will take a short hike back to the Marinid Tombs to watch the amazing sunset and take in the stunning panoramic views of the medina.
Day 3: Fes –>Ifrane –> Midelt –> Merzouga Sahara Desert
After breakfast, will pick you up from the nearest parking area to your hotel/riad and begin our journey to the Sahara Desert. We will pass through the winter ski resort of Ifrane, also known as “Little Switzerland,” and continue through the cedar forest of Azrou, where you can spot the resident monkeys. As we cross the Middle Atlas Mountains, you’ll marvel at the beautiful forests, springs, jagged rocks, and traditional Berber villages. We will stop for lunch in the town of Midelt, famous for its rocks and fossils. After lunch, we will continue towards Merzouga, home to the majestic Sahara sand dunes. In the evening, you’ll embark on a one-hour camel ride to an oasis, where you’ll enjoy the breathtaking Sahara sunset. You’ll spend the night in a luxury desert camp, savoring dinner under the stars, sitting around the campfire, listening to traditional Berber music, and gazing up at the starlit sky.
Day 4: Explore the Sahara Desert
Spend the day immersed in the breathtaking beauty of the Merzouga Desert. Explore the rustic charm of nomadic villages, where you can learn about the traditional Berber way of life and interact with the friendly locals. For the adventurous, try your hand at sand boarding or Quad or 4×4, down the majestic dunes, feeling the rush of adrenaline as you glide down the sandy slopes.
Day 5: Merzouga –> Todra Gorge –> Dades Valley
After breakfast, Embark on a scenic journey through the breathtaking Todra Gorge, a majestic canyon carved by the Todra River. Take a short hike along the river’s edge, surrounded by towering cliffs and lush greenery, and marvel at the gorge’s unique geological formations. then we continue to the stunning Dades Valley, known for its dramatic rock formations, picturesque villages, and breathtaking scenic views. As you drive through the valley, you’ll be mesmerised by the striking contrast of the rusty red rock formations against the vibrant green valleys. Take in the tranquil atmosphere, visit traditional Berber villages, and enjoy the majestic views of the surrounding landscape.
Day 6: Dades Valley –> Ouarzazate –> Ait Benhaddou
After breakfast, we start the journey from the breathtaking Dades Valley to the captivating city of Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco” due to its rich film heritage. Visit the Kasbah Taourirt and Atlas Studios, the we continue to the iconic Ait Benhaddou kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most famous landmarks. Explore the ancient fortress, its narrow streets, and traditional Berber architecture, and discover why it has been the backdrop for numerous films, including “Gladiator” and “Lawrence of Arabia.” In the evening, retire to a charming hotel/riad, where you can relax in a tranquil atmosphere, surrounded by traditional Moroccan architecture and decor. Enjoy a delicious dinner, and spend the night in the heart of Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou.
Day 7: Kasbaha Ait Ben Haddou –> Kasbah Talouet –> Marrakech
After breakfast, we shall start the journey via Kasbah Talouet, a majestic 19th-century palace that once served as the residence of the powerful Glaoui tribe. Marvel at the kasbah’s stunning architecture, its intricate tile work, and beautifully crafted wooden ceilings. After exploring the kasbahs, cross the majestic High Atlas Mountains (altitude: 2262 m), passing through the Tizi n’Tichka pass, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. As you descend into Marrakech, the vibrant energy of the red city will begin to envelop you. In the evening after check into your riad/hotel, immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Jemaa el-Fnaa square, one of most famous landmarks in Marrakech. Explore the stalls selling traditional Moroccan cuisine, watch the street performers and snake charmers, and soak up the infectious energy of the square.
Day 8: Explore Marrakech with local Tour Guide
After breakfast, your local tour guide will meet you at your Riad and escort you on a fascinating tour of Marrakech’s historical landmarks. Visit the stunning Bahia Palace, a 19th-century masterpiece of Moroccan architecture, and explore the intricately decorated Saadian Tombs, which date back to the 17th century. Discover the rich history of the Koranic School of Ben Youssef and marvel at the majestic Koutoubia Mosque. Wander through the ancient Souks, established in the 12th century, and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Later in the evening, enjoy some free time to relax and unwind with a refreshing mint tea or coffee at one of the local restaurants or cafes. Take in the breathtaking panoramic views of Jemaa el-Fnaa square, the heart of Marrakech’s old medina.
Day 9: Day Trip to Essaouira
Take a day trip to Essaouira, a coastal town known for its medina and fresh seafood.
Day 10: Departure
Conclude your journey with a transfer to Marrakech airport or additional days in the city.
